The brief:

To work with Interim Head of Transformation Jalin Somaiya on Algolia’s rebrand and website relaunch, finding consistency and clarity across content sourced from multiple product owners in a large, geographically distributed business. The job also involved delivery of key internal comms assets - including company mission statement, vision, and tone of voice documentation, among others.

The challenge:

To synthesise a complex product range into a clear and unified offering, in an accessible language that conveyed authority to two key specialist audiences (developers and enterprise users) - each with their own technical vocabulary.

How it went:
